FAQs

Q: What type of events do you cover?
A: We cover almost all type of social, corporate or sports event you can think of. While all our photographers have an extensive general background we also have some that have specialist knowledge in areas such as motorsport, athletics or football.

Q: What facilities do we need to make available to you?
A: Our team comes complete with everything they need. If possible and available we do prefer to use a mains electricity supply, but this is not essential as we do have our own generators.

Q: Where can you operate ?
A: We can operate on almost all types of land or environment, there are some constraints with certain environments but we can discuss these with you.

Q: Do you charge for your services?
A: On some bookings there will be a fee but dependant on the event it may be possible for you to earn commission.

Q: I've heard horror stories about digital prints, are they true ?
A: Some types of digital prints do fade and don't come up to the standard required by us. Infinite images when printing onsite use only 'Dye Sublimation' (the sort that Boots, Tesco's and Jessops use to print while you wait) printers that leave the printers touch dry, they are also fade and water resistant. The manufacturers tests have show the life of each print to be approx 25 years. For all images ordered off site we use a high quality digital photo Lab service.

Q: What sort of equipment do you use?
A: Infinite Images uses state of the art digital equipment from a number of major manufacturers such as Canon, Nikon, Olympus. we are constantly reviewing an updating our equipment to ensure that the images we provide are as high a quality as possible.

Q: Do people have to buy Images on the day?
A: No, each events images can be uploaded to a web based library shortly after each event and the images can be purchased then. This is of course subject to the event organiser agreeing this.

Q: What happens if someone orders on the web ?
A: Once we recieve comfirmation of an order we will review the image, adjust the image for colour, contrast and enhance where we feel it adds to the image. We will then crop the image to fit the size of the photo ordered. Once that has been done we will send to our digital lab for processing, we will then review the final image once we receive it, mount it and mail it to the address on the order. This can take as little as 3 days but generally allow for 7 days from order for you to have the image delivered to you. Please allow 10 days before contacting us.

Q: How does your no quibble guarantee work ?
A: Very simply, if you are not happy for whatever reason then contact us, if we are not able to resolve your issue then we will refund you in full no quibble, no argument, no worries (in over 5000 images sold we have not needed to refund a single customer).

Q: How does my club earn from our event?
A: This depends on the type and size of your event. We will agree this with you when you book your event.
